GAMES
OF COMMAND
The universe isn’t what it used
to be. With the new alliance between the Triad and the United
Coalition, Captain Tasha “Sass” Sebastian finds
herself serving under her former nemesis, bio-cybe Admiral
Kel-Paten—and doing her best to hide a deadly past.
But when an injured mercenary falls into their ship’s
hands, her efforts may be wasted …
Wanted rebel Jace Serafino has information that could expose
all of Sass’s secrets, tear the fragile Alliance apart—and
end Sass’s career if Kel-Paten discovers them. But the
bio-cybe has something to hide as well, something once thought
impossible for his kind to possess: feelings...for Sass. Soon
it’s clear that their prisoner could bring down everything
they once believed was worth dying for—and everything
they now have to live for…

GAMES
OF COMMAND FAQ PAGE
Readers
often email about my out-of-print Alliance Command
series, and want to know how Games of Command
ties in. I hope this answers those questions--and I'm so glad
you're interested in Sass and the admiral (and the furzels!)
Q.
Where can I buy a new copy of the original Command
Performance?
A.
You can't legally buy a new copy of Command Performance
as no new copies have legally been printed since 2004. The
publisher, NBI, went out of business in 2004. If you find
any new copies listed for sale on the internet, they've been
illegally printed without my permission and I get no royalties
from the sale of those books. However, there are legal USED
copies available and several libraries still have copies.
Q.
What happened to the sequel, Command Decision?
A.
With the folding of NBI, Command Decision was
never published.
Q.
Is Bantam going to print Command Decision?
A.
No.
Q.
Did your editor at Bantam read Command Performance
and Command Decision?
A.
Yes but she decided they wanted a stand-alone book that wrapped
up Sass and the admiral's story, and not a series.
Q.
Is Games of Command a reprint of
Command Performance?
A.
No. Games of Command begins in a
similar fashion to Command Performance
but most of the book is new.
Q.
Is Games of Command the first book
of a series?
A.
No. It's a stand-alone and not intended to be part of a series.
Q.
If I read Command Performance will
I like Games of Command?
A.
I hope you'll love Games of Command!
A lot of questions that went unanswered are answered, the
furzels have a much larger part (at my editor's request) and
overall, I think the book is fast-paced fun, romance and adventure!
